Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through CgripVR. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. CgripVR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

3. Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.

4. International Shipping

At this time, CgripVR does not offer international shipping. If available in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping costs.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

CgripVR is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once an order has been shipped, liability transfers to the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to select a trackable shipping method and/or shipping insurance if offered.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. CgripVR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply to reship an order.
